Events in Leeds and London to mark the 20th anniversary of the Runnymede Trust report on Islamophobia, published in 1997.

Leeds:

  • Speakers include: Professor S. Sayyid (professor of social theory and decolonial thought at the University of Leeds); Baroness Saeeda Warsi (author of The Enemy Within: A Tale of Muslim Britain)Robin Richardson (former director of the Runnymede Trust) and AbdoolKarim Vakil (lecturer in contemporary history at King’s College London). (Attendance is free of charge, but prior registration is essential.)

London:

  • Monday 20 November 2017, 7-9pm
